I need a step by step set of instructions for getting frontpage
extensions working on a Mandrake 10.1 or Mandriva 2005 LE Linux
installation using apache 2.0. No steps should be left out. This
includes the exact binary or source to download. Mandrake's apache2
install *may* ship without mod_so; so how do I get that in there.

My preference would be to use Mandrake http2 server via urpmi; I am
trying to avoid having a non-mandrake install.
