yodama-ga,

I would suggest getting in touch with a Bahamas-based law firm such as:

http://www.bahamaslaw.com/

who should be able to provide a quick answer to your questions
(hopefully at no charge) and can then help you (for a charge) obtain
the information you're after.

Let me know if that works out.

yodama-ga,

Do you have all the information you need, or is there anything else
you would like from one of the GA researchers by way of answering your
question?

Let us know.
