Where is a great beach to vacation to in North Carolina for someone in
their early 20's? I'm looking for a beach that's beautiful, lots of
bars/restaurants, and is not so family oriented. Thanks!

beers are always in stock and ther is an inexpensive Pub Grub Menu.
The lounge is open every day and has all ABC permits. 11 N. Lumina

Buddy's Crab & Oyster Bar Newly located on Salisbury Street behind
Johnnie Mercer's pier. A second floor gives views of the ocean and
stays crammed with summer transients, old-time residents and former
yuppies who traded burnout for beachcombing. Festooned with ships'
lanterns, pulley blocks, bells, life rings, hundreds of business
cards, photos and (so it's said) a 16th-century Seminole dugout,
Buddy's also has a jukebox choked with 2,000 attitude-improving songs.
Buddy's is open daily and closes at no more specific time than

LAGERHEADS TAVERN AT 35 North Lumina Avenue. Old Buddy's is now a good
old beach bar again. Lot's of Sunday afternoon bikers enjoy the loop
view.

Blockade Runner Aquarium Lounge   Hotel bar with view of the Atlantic,
open from 3pm until.. Great drinks and nice bartenders. Good place to
relax.Late night menu. Sushi from 5pm - 10pm Tuesday-Saturday   245

Gabby's at the Holiday Inn Sunspree  Named after the blue and gold
macaw parrot, Gabby's offers a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean.
It is the perfect spot to relax with your favorite cocktail.  A casual
dining menu is available for lunch, dinner, and the late night
"munchies!" Gabby's Lounge offers live entertainment Thursday, Friday
& Saturday nights.
