Satellites have been commonly used in image taking purpose.  How to
optimize satellite route planning (prioritization and scheduling both
fixed and random tasks) by using zero-one quadratic programing and
genetic algorithm? Please describe and summarize pros and cons of
"zero-one quadratic programing" and "genetic algorithm".  How do they
work together?
