Question ID: 511075
Can anyone supply me with the contact address/ tel # of Netflix . In
their web site I am navigated around in circles w/o obtaining any
contact. I have a lot to complain to them and I do not know whom to
address!! Previously their web site was quite user friendly and
transperent. Now a days one cannot even know the rental activity nor
the account activity inspite of logging -in. Does any one else have
such an experience?

kag5,

You didn't for an e-mail address. You asked for address and phone
number, and that is what the researcher gave you.

Netflix has a 'contact us' link. Have you tried that?

I'm a longtime Netflix customer, and I agree with you that the site is
harder to use than it used to be. Yahoo! Groups, Hotmail, Netflix,
and everybody else are so busy "improving" their websites that they
seem to have forgotten the user. I groan every time I open a familiar
site and find a "new look" because I know it will be harder and more
complicated than it used to be. But then, I still want a radio or TV
to have just two knobs.

However, I've found Netflix's service to be uniformly great and I
recommend them to people all the time. What's gone wrong for you?

Sorry--meant to write "You didn't ask for an e-mail address."

I have to agree with archae0pteryx-ga. I have used Netflix for three,
maybe four years. I do have a bit of a cringe when I see the changes,
especially sweeping changes, but I get used to them.

There is a "Your Account" link at the upper right hand corner...
http://www.netflix.com/YourAccount It clearly indicates all your
activity.

Perhaps it isn't listed on the Queue page as prominently as before,
but the info is still there.

PS: archae0pteryx-ga, I'm debating use of the RSS feed... I'm not
really really certain I want to use the private feed, but the public
feeds are interesting to me.

I did try "contact us". Following is the sequence of navigation when I
click ?contact us?
I did try "contact us". This page with ....(my name) has several
options. One of them is "Your Account"- Report service problems
quickly and easily. This leads me to a page that has no further
navigation to "report service problems". Another item on contact page
is "Suggestions"-Tell us how we can improve the website or our
service. This leads me to a message : "Feature Is Not Available.
This feature is only available to the primary account holder.
Please speak to the primary account holder (...my name) about
accessing this feature".
Remember, I have aleady logged in and the "contact page? identifies me
AS WELCOME? MY NAME)! and am I supposed to speak to myself!!?- even
then what next ? is not identified.
With this I am basically back to square one!
I have many more gripes about absence of " complete rental activity",
absence of my membership fees charges listing etc that were there
before.
I am tearing my hair and "praising" the novel way the website is
"improved" to be User hostile!
Now a days I find many more websites that turns off/frustrates the user to no end.
