What is the current average salary (income) of a Neuropathologist in
the US?

By a "Neuropathologist" I mean a person holding an MD degree
who has completed an Anatomical Pathology residency and a
Neuropathology fellowship (or alternatively, a combined AP/NP
residency after medical school). By "current" I mean that the salary
data should be at most 5-6 years old. If you can only get the average
amount for New York state, I will accept that as well. I am looking
for average "income per year" since it may consist of a combination of
per-case payments, chairman salary, or research grant fractions (for
example.) You can provide average "starting salary" (right after residency) if
that is all you have, and if noone posts "average salary" I will
accept average starting salary as the answer.

Example individual data snippets from Canada (Search for Neuro on
page); this is just to demonstrate that these jobs exist:

http://www.gov.on.ca/FIN/english/salarydisclosure/2001/hospit01.htm
http://www.gov.on.ca/FIN/english/salarydisclosure/2000/hospit00.htm

Some of those pages are listing several individuals...

However, I am looking for Neuropathology salary specifically. Trend
data is of course appreciated.
