I'm looking for statistics and white papers in regards to consumer and small business demand for IT technical support in England (specifically the south of England although this may be more difficult to obtain and I would be satisfied with the entire country)this information may be collated from different data I.e. the number of consumer technical querys addressed to a major company such as pc world, or statistics from trade bodys or government labour statistics for technical support personnel. This may also be related to the uptake of high speed Internet access or computer use in general. I just need Any information relating to home or small business needs for a pc technician, this information must be based on on-site technical querys this excludes telephone support, and must be recent nothing published before 2004. and just to make things easier I need this within 24 hours, or this time tomorrow (sorry about that!) Thank you and good luck |
