Can an experienced office manager or vet surgeon provide some expert advice on initial stocking for surgical implants such as screws and plates. We are planning to stock these itmes and I don't want to order an equal amount of "Everything". I'm in need of some pratical experience to advise us on the most often used supplies. That way we have a few of the sizes of screws and plates and more of the most used items. A pareto of usage would be helpfull. Or just the voice of experience to guide us. We could buy a set but that seems to be pretty much the some of everything in equal shares idea were trying to get away from. Both small and large animal supplies. the types of most often used screws and plates and size ranges of each. Then we can fill in the rest with minor levels of inventory. Thank you for the help getting started. |
