First, sory for my english. Copy all the CD to your Hard disk, erase the old driver and conect the printer again, but search the driver in the folder that you copy from the original CD from HP. If that doesn't work, reinstall windows, no clean installation, just re install it, you dont lose any files, just you must re install programs , that can be a solution. Other USB devices work fine at this time ??? |
