Ictually we are a big company.and we wanted to expand our business and
investments.It would be more of corporate investment on start-up that
we are interested in.
Angels tend to invest on seeds and early stages which is suatble for us.
I don't know about the restrictions to be a member of a network such
as Silicon valley angel network,...

You might also see if there is a chapter of the MIT Enterprise Forum
around.  There likely is and if so many of them provide a "Startup
Clinic" or "New Venture Clinic".  Participating in those may be
tricky, but once you establish contact you can find out the
requirements.
