I am looking for a Macro for Outlook 2002 that will automatically save
a calendar as a web page at regular intervals. This is for use in a
non-exchange environment. After scouring all of the great information
at: www.slipstick.com and giving several of their suggestions a try, I
decided to engineer my own solution.

The only weak link in the chain is that the user has to kick off the
update process by manually saving the calendar as a web page. (by
clicking on the calendar, going to "File", "Save as Webpage" and then
deal with the options on that screen).

I am looking for a macro solution that is transparent to the user and
will automatically save multiple calendars in a users outlook at
regular intervals. I have been searching google for days for any
combination of "outlook calendar macro save automate web page, etc. .
. . " and to my dismay have not found what i'm looking for.

I'm surprised that millions of people have not run into the same
problem I have and that a fix has not already been invented. So before
I go to the trouble of researching macros and learning how to write my
own I thought I'd ask G Answers for so help.

ps - to further clarify, I am NOT really interested in alternatives to
sharing an outlook calendar, I am interested in how to make outlook
save a calendar as a web page at regular intervals automatically in a
way that doesn't interfere w/ the user OR a solution that will allow a
user to simply click one button on the toolbar to update the calendar.

thanks,
