My fiancee and I (both US citizens, living in California) are planning
on flying to South Africa on vacation, and plan to get married there. 
Is a marriage certificate issued in South Africa (RSA) valid in the
USA, and what kind of paperwork needs to be done in California? Do we
need to file it wth the county clerk?
