I would like to use an AppleScript or other method to "Copy" an email
address from a web page, and "Paste" it into an Address Book mailing list
for Mac OS 10.3.9. I am compiling a list of members from a professional
organization that I belong to. I want to create a mailing list of all
members. A sample record can be found at:

I would like this AppleScript to be as automated as possible with
little user input necessary.
