I want to print a short letter and envelope without feeding the
envelope separately through the printer. Remember the thin blue
Aerogramme sheets? I'm looking for something like that (but the
aerogrammes wouldn't work because their flaps are torn off by the
inkjet printer).
I want to print a letter and envelope by feeding only one sheet of US
letter-size paper through the printer: no separate envelope sheet, no
two-sided printing. This can be done by dividing the sheet into 3
equal segments from top to bottom. On the first segment I write the
return address and the send-to address. On the second and third
segments I type my letter. I then fold it in a Z shape, glue the
edges together, put on a stamp, and mail.
I'm looking for a product that makes it easy to do the above by an
inkjet printer. For example, a product that has those edges
pre-glued, covered by peel-off tape that survives a pass through an
ink-jet printer. Better would be a product with some flaps and
perforations to make it easy to securely seal and easily open, but
whose flaps can survive a pass through an inkjet printer (HP 722c). I
occasionally receive bills and statements printed on this kind of
paper form, so I'm sure that this product exists. However I've been
unable to find a consumer version.
I'm looking for a reasonably-priced solution. I'm looking for the
paper, not for a special-purpose printer.
$21 to the person who finds this product for me.

Please let me know whether or not PayPlus/MessagePlus would meet your needs:
"This versatile product can be formatted for multiple uses. Although
the opportunities for use are virtually limitless - it is based upon a
relatively simple concept... eliminates the need to enclose
confidential information in a separate envelope and can be either
lasered or printed on a dot-matrix or inkjet printer... is designed to
provide a simple and immediate solution to one-off [random] messaging
and small run notice requirements.
The special adhesive liner is also safe to use in standard printer
paper trays. The peel and seal combination makes dispatch fast, secure
and efficient."

Here is a Z-fold self-mail form which is basically blank, with a
privacy background to protect the contents when it's folded up.
Minimum order is one box of 2500 forms, sold at the price of $58.00
per thousand. This makes the minimum dollar order $145.00.

The Z-fold is close, but 2500 of them is a pretty high bulk! I'm
looking for something that looks a little less mass-produced, a little
"softer", a little more like a normal letter-in-envelope without going
to the trouble of actually printing the separate envelope. If you
don't find one, then this will do.
Do you know whether the PayPlus / MsgPlus can print an address on it?
Is that what the extending flap is, on the top, in the video?
Thank you,

Yes, it is adequate. I took a look at their website and found that
the Z-fold comes in a blank version. Perfect. Thank you! You can
consider it closed, and have GA pay $21. Thank you,
