What are the 5 largest US manufacturers of premiums/incentives  that

I have found top five in the stationary manufacturers, but I am not
sure that they are premium.  Would you consider Hallmark to be in this
category?

Lizw,
As far as I can determine so far, the ad specialties business is
highly fragmented. The trade association for the industry say there
are 21,234 DISTRIBUTORS in the United States of such products. These
distributors in turn work with many different manufacturing resources.
And for printed paper products such as Post-Its, bags, etc., they work
with many different printers. Print brokers are the middlemen betwen
distributors and printers. Would it help you at all to know who the
largest distributors are?

Greetings! I attempted to find the info on the Forbes and Fortune 500
sites but they did not seem to have a concise listing of a combination
of your search terms.  As far as the online businesses claiming to be
the largest, I searched "largest seller paper products promotional"
and it returned ://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&q=largest+seller+paper+products+promotional&spell=1
