Dear brudenell, My answer is very much related. Flipdick, Pictures of Toilets from Around the World <http://www.flipdick.com/> And now, "Toilets of the World" (unite?) <http://www.cromwell-intl.com/toilet/> Who thought this was such a fascinating subject. |

Congratulations Politicalguru-ga!! You really saved the best for last. No wonder you don't play around with Jefferson-faced dollar bill questions; you can afford to, afford to save your savy for the big rollers. But that leaves the penny-ante games for others. Respect, Brudenell! |

Hey guys, here's a genuine Government web site all about public toilets. Aaaah my tax money hard at work again I see. http://www.toiletmap.gov.au/ BTW, in Australia a toilet is often referred to as a "dunny" or "dunny can" :) |

WInkypop-ga, That's a wonderful site! And respect to the Aussie Continence Mangagement Board(Conference?) for providing such a service. Useful for general purposes: the site provides address to address detailed directions within the area it covers with driving or walking times (tells you that Sydney-Melbourne is too far too walk) and distances. The details give time and distance downtown to each change of direction (55m, 1min.) and to each cluster of WC. If you choose only unisex wc's (eliminating most), it gives you driving instructions like the "book" for a rally car navigator. IF you start your journey in an area "back o'Bourke", you can use Lat./Long. At first, I laughed at the idea of the govt creating such a site, but now think it is a wonderful tool for anyone ... :-) |
