We want to buy a rental properties in North Carolina, we live in
California. We wonder in which state we should set up our LLC. If we
set up a LLC in California, what kind of process we should go through
to use the LLC to operate in North Carolina to get the full protection
of LLC. And are we going to be taxed twice by two of the states for
our rental income.
