I am looking for inexpensive software for Windows Operating System,
that will allow me to create a multi-media educational CD-ROM (similar
to the ones available in the market for learning languages, and
softwares).

I would like to create chapters and allow the user to select any
chapter anytime. I have lots of text that I would like to include
along with minor audio and video clippings for every chapter.

I have a lot of material on effective public speaking which I believe
would be great for learning. I want to market the information as an
educational CD, and I don't know how to convert my presentations, text
and audio/video clippings into a 'self-learning' CD.

Thank you for your question. I think you should clarify what you're
looking for, and consider raising the price.

I believe that to answer it well, your question will require more time
and effort than the average amount of time and effort associated with
this price. Here is a link to guidelines about pricing your question,

A suggestion that I got was to build a website and burn it on a CD. No
hassles with required and supported software. Seems like a good idea.
Perhaps a combinations of HTML and Flash would be great. I am going to
go ahead with the web site.

Thanks for all the input guys.
