Hi pwd_trawler:

Please try the following and let me know if it works...

Technically Speaking
URL: http://tonytalkstech.com/2003/05/22/how-to-fake-a-hard-day-at-the-office/
Quote: "Reconfigure the gadget so that e-mails look just like regular
office messages. To remove the "sent from my BlackBerry" message,
click your desktop icon, select Redirector Settings, choose the
General tab, and delete the autosignature."

Did that work?

if you do it that way you will turn off your signature until you go
back to your computer and change that setting.
if you want to be able to change your signature or turn it off and on
from your blackberry on the fly, do this:
go to "messages", then using the wheel click and scroll to "options",
scroll down to "email settings", and change the setting for "use auto
signature" to yes or no. in the box just below it you can change your
signature to what ever you would like.
