Hi. I am looking for a public information financial data. I need the
"Offering Circular" for a Eurobond, namely the "Cirio Holding
Luxembourg 01/04 6.25%" with ISIN XS0124290296 but could not find
where to download it.

Does this document -- which is not explicitly labeled an "Offering
Circular" -- seem to be the one you're after?

Hi!
Unfortunately, what you just found (and which I had found in my turn)
is a plan to restructure the group's debt after the original bond was
not reimbursed.
What I need is the ORIGINAL "offering circular", by which Cirio
Holding Luxembourg issued the note...
This document is also called "Information Memorandum".
The first thing you found is, instead, the meeting of the Noteholders
AFTER the first subscription... what date does it have?
Probably you should look into a bond database or something, to get the
real document, but I do not know any...

You're quite right. The document that I linked to is a supplement
document. The orginal Information Memorandum (all 20 MB of it!) is
here:

http://www.bondcom.com/cirio/englishdocs.html

Let me know if that's the one you need, or if I need to do more searching around.

Thanks,

paf

I'm sorry to learn that my answer didn't meet your needs.

For future reference, it's always best to (a) provide the researcher
with as much specifics as you can as to what you need (e.g. the date
of documents) so that we can best target our research, and (2)
continue the process of requesting additional information until you
are comfortable that you have everything you need.

All the best,

Unfortunately, the answer that was found, even after two
clarifications of mine, was not exactly what I was looking for, but
something that mentioned it, though thoroughly.
I was looking for the original information memorandum (dated 2001) of
a bond (XS0124290296). What was found, instead, was a memorandum
(dated 2003, that I had found myself quite easily) that MENTIONED the
original memorandum and reported a very good resume of it (it is a
huge document, 20Mb), but - alas - NOT the 2001 memorandum.

I also suggested the expert to consult a security database, that I
would have expected a financial expert to know, but this suggestion
was not followed.
