Would it be possible to have a version of the light project for
surgery in vb.net or vb6.

Another twist- can we create a user interface for them to enter
patient data (Pt first & last name & medical rec # and pt # & Room #)

Use this info to run the code and turn on the light by room #

Thank you

Hi, Amy:

It's going to be easier to convert the project to VB.Net, so I'll take
that approach.

It would still require a serial port "unmanaged code" wrapper to work
with the light box, so one point to clarify is whether the C# code for
the serial port interface may still be used (or does this also require
conversion to VB.Net).

regards, mathtalk-ga

The current C# that we are using will stay as is.
I would like the change only for this projects and moving forward.

Thank you
