I would like to estimate of future cost of (grid) electricity for
residential and commercial use in central Oregon. I would be
interested in historical figures as well as models and/or estimates of
the future price of electricity, as well as any illuminating
commentary on the subject. While I am primarily interested in central
Oregon (area around Bend, Redmond and Sisters), data and estimates for
Oregon or for the general Northwest region would also be useful.
