Thank you for this great question! Hopi Kachinas are some of my
favorites in the Southwestern art world. I hope you find these links
helpful in your search for dolls. There are also many places that show
their catalog online, but you have to phone them or fax them to order.
If you'd like a list of those shops too, please let me know, and I'll
be glad to supply it. There are over 1300 entries in the search I
found. I have to leave this for now, but I will continue to add to the
listing when I return later today. Thank you!

You have provided some GREAT web-sites!! Thank-you!! you indicated
that there are other sites as well that have catalogs or on-line
viewing but not necessarily ordering on-line (perhaps by telephone,
etc.) It would be helpful to me to have a listing of those sites that
you mentioned as well. Whatever would provide the best variety and
choice. Thanks again for your prompt response and great info. I look
forward to getting that additional info from you and then provide the
rating for you!

Great, there are quite a few, if I add them tomorrow would that be
soon enough for you. I'm glad this is the information you are looking
for! I love kachinas, wish I could collect them too! I lived at the
Grand Canyon for two years, and made many trips to the Hopi Mesas and
their co-op shops. Back then, you could have a fine kachina handmade
to your specifications for about $100. Those were the days! ;-)

Thanks for the response and I look forward to your additional
information. I'm glad we share the mutual interest in Kachinas!! You
may take comfort in knowing that I, too, am constrained by monetary
considerations in my purchases of Kachinas as well!! I am trying to
stay around $500.00 or less for my purchases (ideally LESS!!). Some of
those websites have been very helpful in that regard.
My search continues!!

Not a lot here, but they have their own carver, so you can order what
you want, or contact for what they have in stock.

ID=5&Subsection=18
Really nicely put together site with more "antique" type dolls.
Robert S. Albert

Here is a carver's own web page. It's often cheaper (and much more
memorable) to contact a carver directly, and have him do a piece for
you.

Only a few basic dolls, but the price is in your range.

Only one online, but you can call for other choices.

you could call them for more information.

A nice online catalog, but a little pricey.

Some nice looking photos.

http://www.flagstaff.az.us/otg/otgkachinas.htm
Some nice dolls in Flagstaff.
Shadowland
http://shadowlandonline.com/kachina/kachina.htm
A nice collection of some unusual dolls.
Sunshine Studio
http://www.sunshinestudio.com/Hopi_Kachinas.html
A very nice collection.
Trailblazer
http://www.trailblaz.com/kachinas.htm
A nice New Mexico collection.
Tribal Expressions
http://www.tribalexpressions.com/kachinas/kachina.htm
Only a few, but some nice examples.
A couple of other suggestions for you. You might try looking for pawn
shops in Arizona, New Mexico, and the Southwest. Often, they have some
great deals not only on jewelry, but other items, like kachinas, too.
Also, here is the web site for the Hopi Reservation. They don't have
anything online to buy, but if you ever get to Arizona, their Cultural
Center sells directly to the public, and they have all the Hopi
crafts. They also have a great restaurant, I've eaten there many
times!
http://www.hopionline.com/
Good luck in your kachina quest!
