I would like to have your comment about me going to the University of
Florida lab to get started with "cell lysis" and "centrifugation" of
cytochrome C. I plan to talk with the director there and see what he
says. Is this the right track to be on in trying to purify cytochrome
C. Is this a "LOGICAL" start.

                            Ted.

if it's the closest accessable lab to you then it seems fairly logical to me!
