Question ID: 512417
I would like to know what kind of exercises actor Brad Pitt uses,
specifically during the time he was preparing for the film "Fight
Club" and the film "Troy". The priority should be his workout for the
second film, if you do not feel you can anser both based on the given
price for this question. Diet information would be useful also, but
again, the priority should be exercise routines.

Question parts:
1) Specific exercises done, including numbers of sets.
2) Timing: ie. how often is each muscle group exercised in a week, etc.
3) Any additional exercise information.
4) Dietary information, such as protein intake per day. Don't spend
too much time on this part.

Thanks.

Actually, I would really like workouts for both movies, let me know if
you feel you cannot find info for one or the other.

I'd be very interested in knowing his workout routine for fight club
also and what his diet generally consists of. Thanks.
