Since Frederick Cooper has led a public life to some extent, are you
looking for a full biography in book form, or a shorter compilation of
current information available from the Web, newspapers, and other
reference publications?

 By looking up Mr. Frederick E. Cooper,  I find that his address &
other information is made public, as he is a politician (Republican)
in the Atlanta area.   Here's a link where I discovered this info:

He's listed as Frederick Eansor Cooper in Who's Who in America
according to Gale's Biography Resource Center, an online service of my
local public library.  This is not a long biography and I would copy
and paste it here, but I'm concerned about violating copyright.
