Can't start "Hello."  Compuserve (my ISP) message says "file too big
to run."  How do I overcome this?

It sounds strange that CompuServe is causing an issue here.  Your ISP
shouldn't have anything to do with the install.  Are you sure it's not
a Windows message you're receiving?  Have you installed Hello yet, or
are you still trying to download it?

Try closing a few of the programs that are running near the clock on
your taskbar, and then try running Hello.  If that doesn't work, try
disconnecting from your ISP first.  Then, if all else fails, see what
happens if you run it in safe-mode (accessible by pressing F8 when you
reboot your computer).  You should be able to troubleshoot it
backwards from there if that doesn't solve the issue.
