Can't start "Hello." Compuserve (my ISP) message says "file too big to run." How do I overcome this? |

It sounds strange that CompuServe is causing an issue here. Your ISP shouldn't have anything to do with the install. Are you sure it's not a Windows message you're receiving? Have you installed Hello yet, or are you still trying to download it? Try closing a few of the programs that are running near the clock on your taskbar, and then try running Hello. If that doesn't work, try disconnecting from your ISP first. Then, if all else fails, see what happens if you run it in safe-mode (accessible by pressing F8 when you reboot your computer). You should be able to troubleshoot it backwards from there if that doesn't solve the issue. Regards, Carlos |
