I need a reference for a citation in a book for the following: The Canadian economist Jacques Elliott ran into a buzz saw years ago by espousing his belief that an individual?s management style does not change over time and that it has a profound impact on one?s entire span of a career. This is a contentious issue. According to Elliott, we are essentially held captive by our management styles, and conscious choice has little to do with how effective we are. Is this an accureate reflection of his views? What is the single best reference from his work for these ideas? I need this by April 23. |
