Have you thought about asking your credit card company?

Write to your card issuer and contest the charge if you know that you
didn't authorize it. The instructions and mailing address will be in
the fine print on the back of your monthly statement. Generally you
only have 30 days to do this or some such limit, so don't wait too
long! Often it must be done in writing, not via telephone, following
every little rule they lay out. The card issuer investigates and will
credit your account *if* they decide it looks like fraud. Be sure to
cross every "t" according to their hoop-jumping instructions---if you
don't, they use that as a pretense for denying the credit. But if you
follow the instructions, the chances are good for setting things
right.
