What recent study looked at how many positive comments it takes to
overcome a negative comment? I thought I saw a recent news article
about it, something like 14 positive comments to overcome a negative
comment. Brooks did some work on this back in 99, but I need something
more up to date-links to articles, summations, or the paper would
help.
