I want to know the direct mailing and email address and phone numbers
for the CEO or a significant leader of AT&T. I want the same
information for Continental Airlines. These addresses and phone
numbers must be ones that go directly to these people not through the
ranks of underling employees.
I was phone 'Slammed' by AT&T last year and am being abused by
computer messages. The human beings I do talk to have answers like "I
don't know". How can a company giant like AT&T have employees in
customer service that respond like that?(I guess that?s another
question :)) It takes at least an hour of holding on to get to a dead
end. Continental Airlines has about the same in their customer
service. It has been 39 days since I gave the baggage handler at
Newark airport my luggage; I have NEVER seen it since. I have
completed all the proper forms, claims and information they requested,
and have still got no response. They also tell me the verbiage in the
claim forms is 'old'. And its too bad, but they don't do it that way.
What kind of business gives customers forms and then tells them that
is not the way it works. (again a question.lol)
I am hoping, being a businessperson myself, that the heads of these
companies should know how the customers is treated and feels. I
suspect most complaints never get to them.
PS: On a positive note, I am a person who likes to send mail and email
about great service, so this information will be helpful when the
outcome of these situations is good. And I want to applaud Google
founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin for their accomplishment in this
divine service. They are an example of how the power of attraction
works. I have for a while been saying wonderful things about what they
have created here and this is my opportunity to send on the praise and
good karma. I am a huge google fan.
I tell everyone to use this web site because it is a great tool.

So sorry that you have had customer service problems but I applaud
your forthrightness in going straight to the top to get action. 
Specific e-mail addresses for the CEO's are not available to the
public, but contact e-mails are listed on each company's website
depending on the department involved.  If I were you I would submit a
written letter so there is an official record of your contact, but of
course you can use e-mail if you prefer.
