I have to organize random data and to explore it using descriptive statistics. I have to gather 100 pennies for this activity and use the years off the pennies as my data set. The instuctor gave us a list of websites that will help me with this project and none of the links work...and he said oh well ....sorry .... HELP!! |

http://www.socialresearchmethods.net/kb/statdesc.htm This site will give you all the info you need about descriptive stats. Start about half way down the page and you'll find some good info. You will probably want to use: mean, median, mode, variance, range, and standard deviation, but you should consult your stats book to make sure these are the correct statistics you have learned in class. Best of luck to ya! |
