whaty did the Ham residence on Seadrift Rd, Stinson Beach, CA sell for recently?

Two homes on Seadrift Road were sold in February of this year. No
names were associated with the properties on the list on I have found,
but I have the addresses and the sale price.  Do you know the address
of the property that interests you?

I should add that the same source of recent home sales for the area
shows no sales in Stinson Beach in January or March of this year, and
the two sales in February happen to be at the same price.

So, if the sale that interests you (1) occurred in 2005 and (2) did
not occur in April, one of the sales I have found seems likely to be
the one that interests you, and I could give you the price.

As my last hint for now, my research has led me to believe (based on
sale prices and a look at a map) that the even-numbered addresses on
Seadrift Road are on the ocean side of the road, and the odd numbers
are on the lagoon side.  Both of the February sales I have found (at
the same price) are even-numbered addresses.

the adress is 302 Seadrift Road, Stinson Beach, CA.

302 Seadrift Road sold for $3,400,000 on February 5, 2005.  The asking
price was $3,500,000 and it was on the market for 21 days.
