Denco researcher please note that I had contacted the above
mentioned www.convergexcapital.com worldwide loan brokerage company
but I was told by its representative D J Calender that I shall have
to pay US$ 25,000 if I need real estate mortgage loan and
specialized equity financing for commercial investment so it means
that loan brokerage company cannot handle unusual or complex or
even most difficult real estate mortgage loans and equity
financing custom designed to fit the needs of the project so
therefore it means that the information you have provided above is
'wrong'.

Your original question was whether Convergex could "arrange 'unusual
or complex or even most difficult real estate loans' for commercial
investment anywhere in the world" and did not specify one way or the
other that fees would somehow disqualify them from that capability.
I stand by my original comment that by my reading of the statements
made on the Convergex web site that they can deal with a wide range
of loans, including unusual, complex or difficult real estate loans
on an international level.
Perhaps someone else can work on your questions in the future.
