I'm not quite sure what you mean by script.
As far as a name your own price store goes, it will take a very
knowledgable and personable staff. Assuming they don't have a list of
all the items in the store with a lower limit to prices then they will
have to know what everything is worth. Depending on what type of
store this is, that could be a huge requirement for employees.
Also, negotiating a price in person can easily leave customers feeling
unhappy with the process and they won't come back. Most people (in
the US atleast) prefer to know the price, buy it and get out rather
than haggle with the merchant over a couple bucks. You will need a
very friendly staff of good negotiators who will not cost you a
fortune in giving away cheap goods yet will leave your customers
feeling good about the negotiation process.
What are you hoping to sell in your store? Do you have a business
plan of any type? Where are you located (downtown?, small town?, many
pedestrians?, easy/free parking?, good looking building?) that will
all matter alot to the success of your store. How do you plan on
