I need to consult a US immigration attorney for a 60 minute
consultation in Honolulu and must be competent and ethical in charging
his time and must be able to answer off the cuff during the
consultation meeting without expensive and questionable "legal search
and research" to answer my simple questions.I have very bad experience
with the charging practice and integrity of lawyers and have been
burnt.
Office should be in downtown Honolulu  close to Aloha Towers or within
a rerasonable distance from it.I need verbal answers at the time
followed by the same in writing for my records for future reference.
Please provide the best 5  ,equal in competence  but within  30
minutes of travel by bus from aloha towers in Honoilulu.I need their

The US Citizenship and Immigration Services have a very useful website:

Try hitting FAQs and you may find something applicable to what you
want to know.  The site is very informative and the information is
clearly presented.
AND - you will be getting it directly from the source.

As to lawyers specializing in immigration, the USCIS warns against
them, and a recent questioner indicated that conflicting information
was provided by different lawyers.  Nonetheless:  one website of such
lawyers advertises that they provide one hour of telephone advice for
$95 (maybe $95.95), to give you some idea of pricing.

I would recommend using the USCIS site first.
