Western Sahara ------------------ PAL-B/G and SECAM-K

The Western Sahara does not have domestic television broadcasters. But
the neighbor countries are broadcasting in either PAL-B/G or SECAM-K,
so one must assume that TV sets that can receive these two standards
are used in the Western Sahara.
