I am looking for some options for "Phrase of the Day" programs,
preferably in PHP, that will send by email daily phrases to my
clients.  Features to be included: WYSIWYG editor. Web-based so I can
load it and use it remotely.  Ability to
schedule email deliveries, i.e. load a month of Phrases which will be
automatically be delivered after I determine date of delivery for each
phrase.  "Un-subscribe" option included
in each email.  Web page with option for people to sign up themselves
by entering their details, name, email, etc.

The program software needs to be free, or cheap (under $50). It also
needs to be user-friendly and easy to setup.  I want to be able to
install it on the hosting server where I have my website hosted:
