Unbelievable!!!

The researcher answered your question truthfully and you chose to give
it a very poor rating.

You said:

" I was looking for a posting from them that said their
server is down, or something simliar "

Why would you want that if the server wasn't down and the sites were fine?

Sheesh, no one here is a mindreader.

My 2 cents,

why is there not some sort of ombudsman for this type of happenstance?
as an innocent bystander, i tried to find something wrong with
tutuzdad answer, trying to put myself in kraigster's position, but i
cannot. the question as posed seemed to be answered quite nicely.....
i think the ga's take great pride in answering these questions,
especially the $2.00 lazy questions and just because the asker does
not agree with the end results should not end in a low grade. but what
do i know?

Relax people. I gave it an average grade. Why should I have given it
five stars if it didn't answer the question? He said there is nothing
wrong with it, as he could access the site. I didn't need a computer
lesson. Do you think I would have posed the question if I could have
accessed the site? Obviously not.

If there was a message board posting somewhere that said the site was
down, that's what I wanted to hear from the answer fella -- that he
found the reason that the site was unavailable..... or if he got an
email from Wonkette and she said "he's crazy, we're fine". But to
type in a URL and have no problems involved minimal work. I managed
to do some research after that and found out that there WAS a problem.

I have no anger towards the answer fella. I said that in my original
post. I paid my money, I got an ok answer and I gave a reasonable
rating. I do not throw around five stars just for any reason -- if
some serious research was done, I'm happy to rate things highly and
tip too.

I told answer fella that if he could get them to revise the rating I'd
be willing to give him another star. But c'mon people, relax. If
Google will re-open this, he can have another star. But this is what
I thought was fair.
