My Sister bought a property in Croatia recently and she used a company
called Croatiansun. She said that all the girls she dealt with in
Dubrovnik were totally fluent in English and the whole company seemed
to be very professional and trustworhty. Their web address is
www.croatiansun.com

I hope this helps

There are two forums that you may find useful:

http://croatiaproperty.proboards16.com/

Good luck. There are many pitfalls - so take care.

Try using us. I'm a brit living in croatia.
I heard so many stories of people being cheated, I decided to offer a
service people can trust. We check all paperwork before we even think
of offering a property.

I have worked as a real estate agent for over 20 years in the US and
Australia. I returned to Croatia in 2002 and set up a real estate
company in Northern Dalmatia in the city of Zadar. Dubrovnik is now
too expensive for most people looking to buy in Croatia. Please visit
www.panadria.hr .... even though it is in Croatian you will be able to
make out the prices and basic details about the properties. As of
October 1st 2005 I am lauching a new website ... wwww.adriamare.hr
all properties on this website have clear title and appropriate
building permits as required by Croatian law. I will gladly provide
references of english speaking buyers who have purchased with me.
