I would like to compare the market for anesthesiologists working in
the U.S. versus New Zealand. What are their respective: Mean annual
income? Personelle shortage as a percentage of work force (i.e. if
there are 50,000 active anesthesiologists in the U.S. and a shortage
of 5,000, that would be 10%)? Average cost of malpractice insurance?
Average hourly wage for locum tenans work? Happy to tip for producing
