Dear Curious Canadian, 
 
I can sum up all companies whose revenues equal $1m to $1b in the
management/strategy consulting sector.  Is that what you are looking
for?  Also, I would do from a direct database, and not necessarily
from an industry report.

Thanks for your response. I am not actually looking for the mid-sized
companies in the sector who do management/strategy consulting as their
business. Instead, I would like to know how much money mid-sized
companies spend on management/strategy consulting services annually in
the U.S.
