Your latest comment on this question leads me to believe that it would
be very helpful if you told us more about what you're looking for.
I've been keeping an eye on all the questions you've posted but felt
very frustrated because I can't get a handle on what would be a
satisfactory answer. Researhers are leery of attempting to answer
questions that ask for "all" or "as many as possible" of anything
because most of the time it's impossible to know if you found all or
most of whatever you're looking for. How many names would be a
sufficient answer to the two questions you've listed here? You would
have better luck with getting a researcher to take on your project if
you were more explicit in setting your expectations.

Most of all, researchers will be more likely to get you what you need
if you tell us as much as you can about the context of your question
-- especially when you post as many related questions as you've
posted. The more you can tell us about your project, challenge,
situation or developmental idea, the more likely someone will be able
to help you.
