I need to understand all possible aspects involved, if my business
decides to move their applications from Lotus Notes to Oracle(8 or
above)/Java (web interface).
Different applications in Lotus notes have: 
1. Workflow involved
2. Reminders, notification via email involved
3. Attachments stored within secure notes documents ** VERY IMPORTANT
**
4. Single language but may need to have multi-lingual interface/data
storage
5. Security as secure as Notes provide.
6. Upto 15KB storage and display for every text field. ** VERY
IMPORTANT **

Any other useful suggestions/inputs including recommendations,
caveats, processes, methods, resources, links etc are welcome. Please
