I know of many people who have said similar things, however I couldn't give you an answer unless you could clarify a couple of things: 1)Is this an exact quote? Or approximate? 2)Do you know of any context to which this quote is thought to have been spoken in? |

I'm not certain of the exact wording. Note that the comment from jOe-ga is that the wording is "the charge of racism is too serious to need the support of evidence"; that sounds right, but I can't swear that it's exact, either. |
