I?ve tracked down what is happening with Peer Review Analysis, Inc.
but it wasn?t easy. This company has been through the mergers and
acquisitions mill several times so it?s rather difficult to track down
its origins.
Peer Review Analysis, A Division of CORE, Inc. (which was a subsidiary
of Fortis, Inc.) was acquired by MCMC LLC in 2002. The press release
making this announcement said the company was 18 years old at that
time.
I was not able to find any information about PRA?s association with
Boston University except that BU?s Office of Technology Development
had an interest in PRA. I had the same difficulty finding out about
the founders. One article states that Russell G. Robbins was one of
the founders of PRA but I could not find any information about him.
