I am keen to know how many, how often and how large Internet voting
runs are in all sectors over, say, the last year or so. I know of the
American Arbitration Associations estimate of 5% of all private sector
ballots (of which there are 1.7 million annually). I am also aware
that a lot of shareholder proxy votes take place over the Internet,
for example, via dedicated clients such as ADP's and not, say, in a
browser (25% of all share proxies). Corroberating evidence for these
two claims is fine... and it would be good to know the voting client
systems if possible (common web browsers, special clients, like ADPs,
other win32 apps)
