Which sporting events have the biggest financial rewards? I.E how much do the Superbowl winners get? How much do the NBA winners get? Can we have a top ten please? In addition, what sporting events have the biggest reward in terms of promotion and revenue. So a team coming out of Serie B in Italy into Serie A get X amount in TV revenue / sponsorship? Any help appreciated. |

http://www.dailystar.com/dailystar/relatedarticles/60142.php The January 2005 Super Bowl winning NE Patriots players each were paid $68,000 plus a team-designed ring which usually is rather gaudy. Players contracts often have incentives for the team making the playoffs, advancing and winning the championship. The game MVP may be particularly rewarded. Separately, the NFL insists that the host city typically gets upwards of a $300 million boost to the local economy. This is very difficult to quantify, with economist deriving #?s much lower/higher based on assumptions. http://www.findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0FCI/is_10_63/ai_n6189425 This site lists the entire history of MLB World Series players winning shares.
