Greetings!
Below you will find a listing of the top Ebay competitors as well as a
brief description and what payment methods are available at each one.
These are sorted by ranking as done by nettop20.com.

** uBid **

http://www.ubid.com/

"uBid is an online auction house with a very large range. Services
they provide include their own credit card and a "My Page" service,
which consolidates all the user's activity in one place - useful for
the user who is tracking a number of different auctions at the same
time."

Payment methods available:
Visa
Mastercard
Discover
American Express

"Flexibility allows uBid to extend our marketplace to small and
medium-sized businesses through the uBid Certified Merchant program.
Certified Merchants offer their products hand in hand with uBid
inventory and benefit from uBid's years of expertise at running online
auctions. Whether we're used to amplify existing sales channels or
create an alternative channel, bottom line benefits are just a click
away."

** Auction Addict **

http://www.auctionaddict.net

"Did you always want your own webpage to help you sell your items, but
didn't want to invest the time, energy, or money to create one?
AuctionAddict.com has the solution! From this form you can quickly and
easily create your own "virtual storefront". Don't know HTML? Don't
worry, our template will guide you through the process giving you
control over the style and appearance of your page without worrying
about it. You say you do know HTML? Great! you can enter your HTML
formatted text and be as creative as you'd like. Either way, you
design the page, we host it for you, and it is absolutely FREE! No
hassles."

Payment Methods:
Payment is between buyer/seller.

** Auction - Warehouse **

http://www.auction-warehouse.com/

Payment Methods:
Payment is between buyer/seller

Those are the decent auction sites which serve as alternatives to
Ebay. The ones listed as having payment between the buyer/seller
means that the site serves as a listing agent but does not handle
finances. It is up to the buyer and seller to negotiate the terms of
payment, be it paypal, check, money order, etc.

If you have any questions or need anything cleared up, please request
a clarification before rating my answer and I will be happy to help.

I would just add ePier (www.epier.com) to the list of competitors. It
is much, much smaller than eBay, but does get *some* activity.
