outfit and see if they have a Jetta GLI Diesel 5 that you can rent. 
Please review their website.  It is an interesting alternative to the
usual car rental agencies and the prices are very reasonable...even
hourly, if you like.

The site you mention does not offer Manual transmissions.  Further,
although the may actually have Jetta Diesels, I would prefer a one
time rental of about 5 or 7 days.  The plan mentioned there would
place me into a contract for an extended period of time.  Please keep
trying.  Thank you.
